You can request a cancellation at any time before your order is delivered to your doorstep. Even after the product has been delivered, you can still request a cancellation and refund within 1 day of receiving your order.
How to cancel:
You are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable charges. Refunds will be processed via online transfer only. We do not accept cash or banker's cheque refunds for cancellation orders.

In certain situations, MayoPills reserves the right to cancel your order. This decision is at the discretion of our management. In such cases, your refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and cancel the order. In this case, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.
In some cases, if payment is not received or processed correctly, your order will be canceled. We will notify you by email and ensure that no charges are deducted from your refund.
In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or lockdowns during times of epidemic, we may be forced to cancel orders if delivery will be significantly delayed. Cancellation charges will apply in such cases, as outlined above.
